In 2024, the workshop is organized as the hybrid event:

1. The onsite meeting in Prague
   VENUE: Congress Centre, Institute of Molecular Genetics of the ASCR, Videnska 1083,142 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic
2. Virtual event
   Live on www.prague-rhythm.cz

We hope, we could meet in person again in Prague this spring!
The workshop place in Prague will be adapted to the current anti-covid rules of the Czech Republic, valid on the given date.

REGISTRATION FOR CONGRESS CENTER IN PRAGUE – ON SITE MEETING
Registration will be processed on first come first serve basis. Capacity of the lecture hall is limited, late or onsite registrations might be refused for capacity reasons.

Registration with no amount limits. Via electronic registration form placed on the workshop website. After registration, you will receive an access code by an e-mail.

ACCOMMODATION info:

Room allotment in following hotels has been booked for workshop participants. Rooms will be allocated according to your request in the registration form on first come first serve basis. Please note that the prepayment is required to quarantee your room reservation. Rates include breakfast and VAT.

Connection to the Workshop venue: one stop by bus No. 114 or 203 to the stop Ústavy Akademie věd.

Connection to the Workshop venue: by bus No. 193 to Nemocnice Krč station, here change to bus No. 114 or 203 to the stop Ústavy Akademie věd.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Full prepayment of the accomodation is requested. Unpaid reservations will be automatically released.

Any cancellation of the accomodation will not be refunded after March 20, 2024.

Any cancellation must be sent in written to the congress office prague-rhythm@ccl.cz

• For cancellations made till 31th March, 2024
• For cancellations made after 1st April, 2024
