The workshop is organized as a hybrid event. To register for either option, please visit the registration area.

RULES FOR REGISTRATION
Registration will be processed on first come first serve basis via electronic
registration form.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation (Registration Information)
and an access link for logging into Member Area via email, allowing you to edit
your registration data at a later date.
Capacity of the Congress Hall is limited, late or onsite registrations might be
refused for capacity reasons.
The onsite registration desk will provide badges and workshop materials.

Registration with no limit on the number of participants.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation (Registration Information)

Only logged-in participants with a fully paid registration are allowed to watch
the live-streamed program.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION
Each registration is valid only after full payment. The
registration fee is valid until the specified deadline.
Unpaid registrations will be automatically recalculated based
on the new registration fee conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
Payment Policy:
- Full prepayment is required to secure accommodation.
- Unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: prague-rhythm@ccl.cz.
Refund Conditions:
- Cancellation by March 7, 2026 → Full refund
- Cancellation between March 8 – 31, 2026 → 90% refund (10% administration fee deducted)
- Cancellation between April 1 – 30, 2026 → 50% refund (50% cancellation fee deducted)
- Cancellation after April 30, 2026 → No refund
